ASTM Grade 125-80-10 or 850-550-10 (ISO 800-10, EN-JS 1100) Cast Iron

ASTM grade 125-80-10 is austempered cast iron in the heat treated (HT) condition. 125-80-10 is the ASTM designation for this material. 800-10 is the ISO numeric designation. It has the second lowest strength and second highest ductility compared to the other variants of austempered cast iron.

The graph bars on the material properties cards below compare ASTM grade 125-80-10 to: cast irons (top), all iron alloys (middle), and the entire database (bottom). A full bar means this is the highest value in the relevant set. A half-full bar means it's 50% of the highest, and so on.
