AWS ERNiCrFe-11 Weld Metal
AWS ERNiCrFe-11 is a nickel-based filler metal for welding. Cited properties are appropriate for the as-welded condition. It has the lowest base cost among nickel-based welding fillers. In addition, it has the highest ductility and a very low embodied energy.
The graph bars on the material properties cards below compare AWS ERNiCrFe-11 to: nickel-based welding fillers (top), all nickel alloys (middle), and the entire database (bottom). A full bar means this is the highest value in the relevant set. A half-full bar means it's 50% of the highest, and so on.
