ISO Solder Alloy 101 (Sn63Pb37)
Solder alloy 101 is a tin-based soldering alloy. Cited properties are appropriate for the as-fabricated (no temper or treatment) condition. 101 is the ISO numeric designation for this material. Older literature may refer to this material as S-Sn63Pb37, but this is now discouraged.
It has a moderately high ductility among the tin-based solder alloys in the database.
The graph bars on the material properties cards below compare solder alloy 101 to: tin-based solder alloys (top), all alloys in the same category (middle), and the entire database (bottom). A full bar means this is the highest value in the relevant set. A half-full bar means it's 50% of the highest, and so on.
