End User License Agreement

This agreement governs your interactions with your MakeItFrom.com user registration and membership. It does not affect public features that do not require a user login. Acceptance of this agreement is required to register as a user, and to use any associated features.

MakeItFrom.com and its contents are owned by Iron Boar Labs Ltd. A paid membership grants you access to associated features for the duration that was paid for. Such access is a temporary license for a single individual, and cannot be transfered or resold. A paid membership does not constitute any transfer of intellectual property; you acknowledge that all intellectual property published on MakeItFrom.com remains the property of Iron Boar Labs Ltd. In addition, the website and its features are meant to be used manually — any automated use, in particular automated scraping of data, is valid grounds for immediate termination of access with no refund.

The contents of the website, as well as membership features, may change over time. The holder of a paid membership does not have the option to stay with an older version or set of features. Refunds and cancellations are not permitted except as required under local law. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds (complete or prorated) if we feel the situation warrants it. Such refunds will be accompanied by an immediate cessation of access to paid membership features.

In addition, the price charged for a given duration of membership may change. Already-purchased access will not be affected by this, but future transactions may be required to use the new pricing.

The contents of the MakeItFrom.com website are intended for informational use only. Iron Boar Labs Ltd. is not rendering engineering services to you. Iron Boar Labs Ltd. will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the MakeItFrom.com website or any of its features. The contents of the website and membership features are provided as-is without express or implied warranty of any kind.

In the particular case of material properties, final values applicable to a specific physical object may vary dramatically from those we cite, based on conditions that are beyond the scope of the website. This phenomenon is understood to be largely inevitable. It is your responsibility to ensure that this does not cause problems.
