AA 3000 Series (Aluminum-Manganese Wrought Alloy)

Wrought alloys with manganese (Mn) as the second largest component after aluminum (Al). Aluminum alloys generally cannot exceed 1.5% manganese. Therefore, 3000-series alloys tend to be very lightly alloyed.
