AWS ENi-1 (W82141) Weld Metal
AWS ENi-1 is a nickel-based filler metal for welding. Cited properties are appropriate for the as-welded condition. ENi-1 is the AWS designation for this material. W82141 is the UNS number.
It has a fairly low ductility among nickel-based welding fillers. In addition, it has a very low tensile strength and a moderately low melting temperature.
The graph bars on the material properties cards below compare AWS ENi-1 to: nickel-based welding fillers (top), all nickel alloys (middle), and the entire database (bottom). A full bar means this is the highest value in the relevant set. A half-full bar means it's 50% of the highest, and so on.
